CZ Exchanges with Naschal on Twitter: Binance Denies any Involvement or Ownership with WazirX

Immediately after ED shares on freezing WazirX, the CEO of Binance took to Twitter to denounce any associations with WazirX. Following which, a large crypto site took to Twitter to share how the CEO of Binance is handling the cryptocurrency space.

Is It True That Binance Never Acquired Wazirx?

The crypto channel took to Twitter to share 93 legal documents showing Binance ownership of WazirX. The channel even shared a screenshot of Binance acquiring WazirX in 2021.

CryptoWhale further explains how CZ is a top fraudster in the crypto space.

"...For those who don’t know, CZ is one of the biggest fraudsters in this space. He’s is a liar and manipulator who enriches himself off of greedy and naive retail investors. Binance is also being separately probed for money laundering, tax evasion, and fraud, just an FYI."

A few minutes after the CEO of WazirX, Nischal Shardeum took to Twitter to confirm that Binance acquired WazirX.

WazirX said that it does not agree with the allegations made by ED. The CEO, Naschal Shardeum even said that the firm has been cooperating with the Enforcement Directorate (ED) regulations. It even responded open to the questions.

According to Naschal, WazirX has an ONLY transfer option to their account for users who use offchain transfer options. There is also KYC for offchain transfers, and offchain data transfer is stored and available in the database. WazirX has always complied when authorities ask for access to offchain data.

All user assets of WazirX are safe, both INR and Crypto. The firm has always made sure the AML policies are in place and KYC is conducted.

Naschal further states that the statement by Binance CZ , "We could shut down WazirX" simply proves they have control. The other statement, "Shared Access of AWS" shows that ED has root access to AWS, and anyone with root can control AWS". The only control Binance lacks is the Zanmani Labs control, Naschal said while replying to CZ.
